Project Scope: This project proposes to renovate and expand the existing sodium antimonate production workshop. The main modifications include upgrading the dryer, adding a new reaction vessel, and installing an additional centrifuge to replace the existing vacuum filtration unit. The primary raw materials will remain antimony trioxide, hydrogen peroxide, and caustic soda. The original sodium metantimonate production line will be decommissioned, with all production shifted to sodium pyroantimonate, and natural gas will no longer be used. Upon completion of the renovation and expansion, the production capacity of the sodium antimonate workshop will increase from an annual output of… The sodium antimonate production capacity has been expanded from 2,000 tons to an annual output of 8,000 tons. Existing Scope of Work and its environmental protection status ： Total land area of Changsha Yexing Antimony Industry Co., Ltd. 41 mu, of which 11 mu is common‑area space; the total area within the factory premises is approximately 30 mu (22,090.1 m²). ² ), Within the plant premises, there are already constructed auxiliary facilities, including an antimony trioxide production workshop (currently out of service, with equipment dismantled), an antimony pentoxide production workshop, an antimony glycolate production workshop, a sodium antimonate production workshop, a canteen, an electrical distribution room, an initial rainwater collection pond, an emergency spill containment pond, and a laboratory building. The existing annual production capacity is… 500-ton colloid antimony pentoxide production line 、 Annual output 4,000-ton antimony glycol production line , annual output A 2,000‑ton sodium antimonate production line. Current pollutant treatment at the facility: Dust generated during the drying, screening, and packaging of sodium antimonate is collected and treated using baghouse filters and a spray tower; the treated effluent is discharged through a 15‑m‑high stack, with the spray‑tower wastewater recycled for reuse and not discharged externally. Floor‑cleaning wastewater and initial‑rainfall runoff are collected in retention ponds, concentrated via a dual‑effect forced‑evaporation unit, and then returned to the production process without external discharge. Production mother liquor is temporarily stored in a mother‑liquor tank and either reused directly or concentrated by evaporation before being reintroduced into production, with no external discharge. Domestic sewage is pretreated in septic tanks prior to discharge into the municipal sewer system. Waste packaging bags generated during production are regularly collected by the manufacturer for their original intended use. According to self‑monitoring results, all pollutants discharged from the existing facility comply with applicable regulatory standards.
